I had a very average experience with Estrela premoldados. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but their customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did get a response, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I would say that their products are decent, but there is room for improvement in their customer service.
