I have been a customer of Nielsen Global Enterprises, Inc. for a few years now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate but there is room for improvement. The customer support could be better, as sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, not a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
