The experience I had with Prime lettings limited was just average. While they managed to find me a suitable property, there were some communication issues that caused delays. The team could have been more responsive to my queries and concerns. However, they did address the issues eventually. Overall, I found their services satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. I would consider using their services again, but with some reservations.
