I have mixed feelings about Batis'home. While their products are generally good, there have been a few instances where I was not satisfied. The customer service could also be improved, as it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. However, I appreciate their efforts in creating unique and stylish home decor items, and the website is easy to navigate. If they can address the issues mentioned, I believe Batis'home has the potential to be excellent.
