I have been a customer of CRDB Bank Plc for several years now and I must say, their services are average. Although they have a good range of banking products, their customer service could be better. The staff is not always friendly and sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my queries. On the positive side, their online banking platform is user-friendly and convenient to use.
