I had a mixed experience with Hp Design. The overall quality of their products is quite good, especially their graphics cards which are top-notch. However, I did face some issues with their customer service. The response time was a bit slow and the representative I spoke to seemed less knowledgeable. But, their products are definitely worth the money.
