I recently came across a tennis and education program that I signed up for online. The program provided by wtef.org was overall average in terms of my expectations. The website was easy to navigate, providing information about their mission and programs available. However, I found their customer service to be lacking, as it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. The tennis training I received was decent, but didn't quite meet the level of expertise I was hoping for.
