I recently had a transaction with a real estate company. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I found the communication to be lacking at times. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. This was a bit frustrating, especially when time was of the essence. On the positive side, their website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about their services. In terms of pricing, they seemed to be competitive compared to other companies in the market. Overall, I would say it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
