I have mixed feelings about Batis'home. On one hand, their products are nice and the website is easy to navigate. However, the customer service could be improved. I had an issue with my order, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. Additionally, the prices are a bit higher compared to other similar stores. Despite these drawbacks, the overall shopping experience was decent.
