The service provided by Videobrothers s.r.o. is just average. While they do have a good range of products, their customer support has been lacking. I had a few issues with my order, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. The quality of the products is good, but the overall experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. As such, I would rate Videobrothers s.r.o. as average.
