I had a mixed experience with Blnd public relations. The team was professional and responsive, and they did a good job of getting our company some media coverage. However, I felt that their communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on our PR campaigns. Overall, they delivered solid results, but there is room for improvement in their client communication.
