I have been a customer of New Times Media Corporation / Ultimate Press / Rocky Mountain Gold for several years now and I must say that their services have always been average. The quality of their products is decent but nothing exceptional. The customer service is also satisfactory but there have been times when it took them a while to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate this company as average.
