I have had both good and bad experiences with Groupe aplitec-figestor. Overall, I would rate them as average. The customer service is hit or miss, and sometimes it feels like they don't really care about resolving issues. On the other hand, their products are of decent quality and they have a wide range of options to choose from. I appreciate that they offer competitive prices, but I wish they would improve their communication with customers. The website is easy to navigate, but it lacks some important information. In summary, Groupe aplitec-figestor is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
