I recently had an experience with a company that offers various services related to insurance and investments. Overall, my experience with their website, gsis.be, was average.

First, I found the website interface to be quite cluttered and overwhelming. It took me some time to locate the information I needed. The navigation menu was not user-friendly, and I had to click through multiple pages to find specific details.

The content on the website was informative but seemed outdated. It would be beneficial if they updated their content to reflect current market trends and offerings.

On the positive side, the website did provide a helpline number, and I was able to contact their customer service. The representative I spoke with was polite and helpful in answering my queries.

In terms of online services, I was expecting more convenience, such as the ability to manage my policies or investments online. Unfortunately, this feature was not readily available.

Overall, my experience with gsis.be was average. They have room for improvement in terms of website usability, content update, and online services.
