Bbe designs is an average company. Their website, bbedesigns.com, is easy to navigate and the user interface is clean. However, their customer service is lacking. I had an issue with an order and it took them multiple attempts to resolve it. Overall, I would say they are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
