I recently had an average experience at this animal hospital. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. The staff was courteous and attended to my pet promptly. However, I felt that the overall atmosphere lacked warmth and friendliness. The waiting area was crowded and not very inviting. Additionally, the consultation felt rushed, and I didn't really get a chance to ask all my questions. The veterinarian seemed competent, but I expected more personalized attention. The prices were reasonable, but I wish there were more transparency on the billing. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and creating a welcoming environment for both pets and owners.
