I recently used Transportal for my transportation needs and I must say that the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the process of booking a ride was relatively smooth. However, the vehicle that was assigned to me was not in the best condition and the driver seemed inexperienced. Overall, it was an okay experience but I expected better from a company like Transportal.
