I had a pretty average experience with Greater Central Texas Federal Credit Union. The process of opening an account was fairly straightforward, and the customer service representatives were helpful. However, I found their website to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. It could definitely use some improvement. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
