The food at Evis bistro is simply incredible. Every dish is bursting with flavor and crafted with precision. I especially loved the smoked salmon salad, which was a perfect balance of freshness and richness. The service was also excellent, with attentive waitstaff who went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. The only downside was the slightly long wait for a table, but it was definitely worth it. I can't wait to visit Evis bistro again!
