I recently had the opportunity to visit a local dental office for a routine check-up. The experience was average overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere and making me feel comfortable during my visit. The dental hygienist did a thorough job with the cleaning, ensuring that my teeth were sparkling clean by the end of the session. However, I found the dentist's communication to be a bit lacking. They didn't explain the procedure in detail and seemed rushed during the examination. Additionally, the waiting time was longer than expected, causing a minor inconvenience. On the positive side, the office was clean and well-maintained. Although the service was average, I appreciate the effort put forth by the team to make me feel at ease.
