My recent experience at Callahan Animal Hospital was satisfactory. The staff was polite and provided decent care for my pet. The facilities were clean but lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The veterinarians were knowledgeable, but the communication could have been better. While I feel my pet received adequate care, I believe there is room for improvement.
