I have been a customer of Look communications for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide a reliable internet connection, their customer support can be hit or miss. There have been times when I've had to wait on hold for a long period before speaking to a representative who could assist me. However, overall, I find their service satisfactory.
