The experience with Polte was average. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke with didn't seem knowledgeable about their own products and was unable to answer my questions satisfactorily. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
