I recently used the services of this company to secure a mortgage. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful resources. However, I found the mortgage application process to be a bit slow, and communication could have been more consistent. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, but I was expecting a higher level of proactive support. Overall, the experience was average. I appreciated the competitive rates and variety of loan options available, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of streamlining the application process and enhancing customer engagement.
