I have been a customer of Videobrothers s.r.o. for several years now, and I have to say that their service is average. While they have a great selection of products, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been multiple instances where I have had to wait longer than expected for a response to my inquiries, which can be frustrating. However, the quality of their products is excellent, and I have never had any issues with the items I have purchased. Overall, I would rate Videobrothers s.r.o. as average.
