I've been using Sri Lanka Telecom for a few months...

I've been using Sri Lanka Telecom for a few months now, and overall, I'm satisfied. The internet speed is good, and the connection is reliable. However, there are occasional hiccups and the customer support can be slow to respond. They can definitely improve in these areas.
