I have been a customer of Keplerians for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate, but it lacks some important features. The customer support could also be improved as they sometimes take a long time to respond to queries. Overall, I would say that Keplerians is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
