I had an overall average experience with Malplast Industries Ltd. (M.I.L.). The quality of their products is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service was below my expectations as well. I found the staff to be unresponsive and not very knowledgeable. It is disappointing when you have a question or concern and cannot get a satisfactory answer. I hope the company takes these criticisms constructively and works towards enhancing their product quality and customer service.
