I had a mixed experience with Yılka çay. The quality of their products is average, but their customer service is excellent. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I ordered their tea online and it arrived in a timely manner. However, the taste of the tea was not as good as I expected. Overall, I would say Yılka çay is an average company.
