Yoga deza is hands down the best yoga studio I've ever been to. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly caring and attentive. They take the time to offer modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone is able to practice safely and effectively. The studio itself is beautiful and has a calming atmosphere. I always leave class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I can't recommend Yoga deza enough!
