I have been banking with Bank zachodni wbk s.a. for a while now and I have mixed feelings about their service. While their online banking platform is excellent and their staff is generally helpful, there have been instances where I faced delays in getting my issues resolved. Overall, I would say they are good but there is room for improvement.
