D20 Capital is not what I expected. Their website, d20cap.com, is visually appealing, but the actual service is disappointing. The company claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, but in reality, they don't live up to it. The customer support was slow to respond and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. I'm not impressed.
