I absolutely love the reformer pilates classes at Rock the reformer® by potomac pilates! The instructors are amazing and always create challenging yet enjoyable workouts. The studio is clean and well-equipped, making it a comfortable environment to exercise in. I leave each class feeling energized and accomplished. Highly recommended to anyone looking to improve their strength and flexibility!
