I recently purchased some items from yenfinest.com and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The website was easy to use, and the checkout process was smooth. However, I was not too impressed with the quality of the products I received. They were decent, but not exceptional. Considering the price I paid, I expected better. Nonetheless, the customer service was responsive and helpful. If Yen Finest improves their product quality, they could become a great company.
