I recently started practicing yoga and have tried out a few different studios. Yoga deza has definitely been one of my favorites. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the classes are always challenging but fun. I appreciate that they offer a variety of class styles and levels, so there's always something for everyone. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained. Overall, I've had a great experience at Yoga deza and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to start or deepen their yoga practice.
