I recently booked a trip with Y not travel and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. When I had a question about my itinerary, it took a long time to get a response and the answers were not very helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
