I had a mixed experience with Celkon service center - india. The overall service was average. Some of the staff members were helpful and efficient, while others seemed uninterested and unresponsive. The waiting time was quite long, and communication about the status of my device was lacking. However, my device was eventually fixed, and the problem was resolved. Overall, an average experience.
