I had a mixed experience with Naas digital banking. While the platform itself is decent, I encountered some issues with their customer service. It took several attempts and a significant amount of time to have my questions answered. However, once my concerns were addressed, things started to improve. Overall, I would say it's a decent banking option, but improvements can certainly be made in the customer support area.
