I had a mixed experience with Dem Financial Services & Real Estate. While I was satisfied with their real estate services, I was not impressed with their financial services. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the process of securing a loan was quite lengthy and complicated. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
