I had a mixed experience with Xcel technologies. While some aspects were great, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The customer service was excellent, with prompt responses and helpful assistance. However, I found the website navigation to be confusing at times, which made it difficult to find the information I needed. Overall, I rate Xcel technologies as average.
