I recently had the opportunity to work with a company that I found online. Their website was impressive, and their products seemed to be of good quality. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The customer service was subpar, and I felt like they didn't really care about my concerns. It's sad to see companies like this that focus more on making a profit than providing a satisfactory experience to their customers.
