I have been attending Grimsey's adult swimfit for over a year now and I must say it has been an amazing experience. The trainers are really knowledgeable and motivating, which helps me push myself during the sessions. The facility is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The classes are well-structured and the range of exercises is impressive. I have seen great improvements in my swimming technique and overall fitness since joining. Highly recommended!
