I have been a customer of John Middleton Co. for many years and I must say that their products are of average quality. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is decent. However, I have noticed a decline in the overall taste and flavor of their products in recent years. The tobacco seems to be of lower quality and it burns too quickly. Overall, I would rate my experience with John Middleton Co. as average.
