I've been using Samanage for a few months now and I have to say, it's been an average experience so far. The platform is easy to navigate and has all the features I need for managing my company's IT assets. However, there have been a few minor issues and glitches that have affected my work. Overall, I'd give it a 3 out of 5 stars for being an average IT service management solution.
