From my perspective as a customer, Itaa is an average association. While their website, itaaworld.org, provides valuable information, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of user experience. The design and navigation could be more user-friendly, and the content could be presented in a more engaging way. However, I appreciate the resources they offer, which have helped me in my journey of learning transactional analysis.
