I recently visited a car dealership in Chicago and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the available inventory. However, I found the customer service to be a little underwhelming. The staff seemed indifferent and not particularly interested in helping me find a suitable car. The vehicles on display were in decent condition, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The pricing was fair, but I expected more negotiation flexibility. Overall, it was a decent experience, but nothing extraordinary. I would consider visiting again if I couldn't find better options elsewhere.
