I recently went on a tour organized by this company and stayed at their boutique hotel. The experience was overall average. 😐 The website provided clear information about the tour and hotel, which made it easy to book. However, the actual tour didn't live up to the expectations set on the website. The tour guide seemed unenthusiastic and lacked proper knowledge about the places we visited. 🚶‍♂️ On the bright side, the hotel was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. 🏨 However, the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. The breakfast served was basic and could have had more variety. 🍳 Moreover, the location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was quite far from the main attractions. 🗺️ Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement. I hope they can enhance their tour guide's knowledge and train their staff to provide better customer service in the future.
