I have been a customer of Indaliexp s.a. for several years now and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they do deliver the products on time, the quality has been inconsistent. I have received damaged items on multiple occasions, which is quite frustrating. However, their customer support team is responsive and they have always offered a refund or replacement for the faulty products. Overall, I would rate my experience with Indaliexp s.a. as average.
