I recently booked a trip to Brazil through Mundo turismo and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and I was able to easily find the package I was looking for. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
