I had an average experience with Pjs art direction & motion graphics. The quality of their work was decent but not exceptional. The communication was satisfactory, but I felt that they could have been more responsive and proactive. Overall, the end result met my requirements, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and customer satisfaction.
